Assassin's Creed III Is Available to Pre-Order from the PSN

If you’ve been on the European PlayStation Store this week – perhaps to download your PlayStation Plus goodies – you might have noticed a new section dedicated to Assassin’s Creed III. The directory includes a wealth of pre-order options for Ubisoft’s latest blockbuster, allowing you to take advantage of the PSN’s new pre-load functionality that was officially announced last month.
Those of you that pre-order the title through the PSN will obtain an exclusive single-player mission named "A Dangerous Secret", where you’ll “fight against a mystery that could jeopardize the founding of the revolution”. An enhanced pre-order bundle – known as the Gold Edition – will unlock the full game, the aforementioned bonus mission and Assassin’s Creed III’s season pass.
And – just in case that’s not enough Assassin’s Creed for you – you’ll also be able to pre-order the PS3 title alongside the upcoming Vita release Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation. Phew.
