The PSP Go Will Change Sony's Developer Relations Approach.

How will they do that? Well by essentially copying Apple's philosophy of cheap content which can be built by small teams. It's attractive to developers and gamers. But how are Sony going to pull such a feat off?

Speaking with Develop, Sony Europe's head of developer relations - Zeno Calaco - has cited the scrapping of concept approval, shortening of quality assurance, implementation of cheaper development kits and pushing of lower priced games as the reasons why the PSP Go will be a success. Basically - Sony are making it cheaper and easier than ever to make PSP games.

It's working already - popular iPhone tower-defense game Fieldrunners is currently being developed for the PSP.
