I've purchased a couple of copies of a PEGI 7 online game for my kids to play on their playstation 3s, however its refusing them access to online features stating its restricted in the Family Management parental controls, but they are all set to not restrict, and there are no restrictions set on the PS3 consoles themselves.
So, anyone got any ideas? Support is useless and just suggests I add an exception for that game, but it doesn't tell me how I go about this, and the GUI is TERRIBLE!!!!
