Topic: Ps5 party issue

Last night I started having issues with party chat. I'm on virgin media and my download and upload speeds are fine after doing tests but when I connect to the parties theres circles just spinning next to each party members names and it seems to take a while until I can hear them. Sometimes it will say disconnected due to a network issue. Is this a psn problem that others are having or just isolated to me and my partner in the same household?

I find the best way to fix problems like this, is to turn off the router at the plug, unplug the plug for 30 seconds, then plug back in and turn on.

I did the pinhole reset virgin recommend. Hasn't seemed to solve the issue.
