Hello, today I was trying to play Kingdom Hearts 3 on disk, but my PS4 refuses to launch the game. It recognized the game and installs data, but when starting the app I get an error saying "Cannot continue using the application.
The disk cannot be read. Make sure that the disk is not damaged or dirty." And it boots out the disk. The disk has NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS which makes it kind of infuriating that it refuses to load. In fact, while trying to load the disk the PS4 keeps making the spinning noise and will stop, then resume, then stop, and so on. Other disks work on my PlayStation so it can't be the PS4's fault. Please help me.
