Topic: LG C3 & 1440p Resolution Test Woes

So, upgraded the old TV for a LG C3 and got it all set up with the PS5 however, when running the 1440p test discovered that it would just go to a black screen rather than going through the different screen settings to let me select OK as I had previously encountered on my CX.

Fiddling with TV & PS5 setings allows 'some' of the resolutions to display, but not all of them. I was using the HDMI cable supplied with the PS5 and have tried using a Premium Certified HDMI cable, as well as different ports on the TV, but no difference.

Rang both LG & PS support, which didn't really provide any answers or inspire confidence, so I am wondering if anyone else has encountered something similar or can offer suggestions.

Should I be particularly bothered by this and get TV replaced / checked out? Don't even know if I would use that resolution much anyways?
