Hello y'all, I am new to this forum and the ps4. I been able to get the controller to connect before, but now it absolutely refuses. I have tried every trick in the book, ps button, ps button and share, reset button, the cord, turning on and off again, unplugging it and plugging it back in, and even going in with my phone to try to get it to sync. The controller only wants to connect to my phone. So I turned off blue tooth, deleted it from my phone, and even put my phone in a microwave for the Faraday cage.
Please I implore you help me figure out what under God's blue sky is going on and how to fix it.
@Frustration2themaxx heya, try using a few different USB cables to connect it to PS4. Micro USB cables vary wildly in quality and you might get ten that don't work before you find the one that does
