Topic: All Controllers Simultaneously Lose Pairing/Refuse To Pair. Happens Multiple Timers Per Week, On Multiple Controllers

Hi!

Hoping someone can share some insight here. I bought my PS5 during the initial wave after preorders, and have had this issue since then. Intermittently, maybe 1/5 times, when I go to turn on my console (from rest mode) using my controller nothing will happen. When I look at my controller it is blinking rapidly as if it lost pairing, I will also be unable to pair it. I have multiple controllers, and when this happens, none of my controllers will pair to the console. Hard resetting the controller or using the USB-C cable wont work.

The ONLY way to fix the issue is by holding the power button on the console to restart it. This happens multiple times per week, and has persisted across every software/firmware updates, and across several controllers. When it happens, it will be when waking the console from sleep mode. I have lost save data by needing to reboot the console to have control, its also just a major inconvenience.

Interestingly, I am able to control the console using the Remote Play PlayStation app, and I have some control using my TV remote which works via the ARC HDMI connection I think.

Anyone have ANY ideas?
