Bad parenting or not. This is not the world that I grew up in. When I was a child, I'd beg to play in the neighborhood until sun -down. Never did I have to worry about a drone dropping in to sneak a peak or drop a load; it's sad that we no longer live in that world.
Always hoping and praying that cooler heads will prevail. Always hoping that if you have a problem with me, then you approach me instead of some authoritative agency. We use our guns to protect our children while others use their children to protect their guns. Cooler heads will prevail.
Just played through episode one - I think DontNod did a really good job with the time reversal mechanics. It is kind of more hip-ster-ish than I was hoping for but I enjoyed episode one. the lip synching was also an issue on my end. I would stamp the rating at 6.5 - 6.9, but I appreciate Graham's take and review.
I find Destiny to be much more fun when playing with friends. Simply put, its probably the most fun I've had playing with others in a video game. Everyday, albeit regurgitated missions etc., there is a sense of purpose for firing Destiny up. To knock out bounties and level your gear, with your buddies.
This past, reset, Tuesday, I began farming the first crota chest. Low and behold on my seventh attempt with my first character, I pull the G Horn!!!! Of course I was elated as my 10 days of playtime had finally yielded the most elusive gun in the game. Also notable: Bungie has stated that the first crota chest will no longer drop exotics; it's materials from here on out, so I consider myself lucky!!!!
