@Hylian-Likely - You have 1000's of hours worth of games to play on the ps2, and that's without even trying to find the expensive and rare games. Enjoy, some of my favourite games of all time are on that beautiful console. No worrying about patches and dlc; the good times.
@Hylian-Likely - I'm totally with you. I am lucky though, I'm surrounded by physical games and retro consoles that I've collected over the years; I'm actually now running out of room. But what it means is I can hold off, or skip the ps6, with no FOMO, and play me some Megadrive, 3DO, amiga, ps1, ps2 and ps3 games, that have lingered, unplayed, for way too long. I have realised that I am old, that the word gamer, of which I thought I was, doesn't really represent me, even though gaming is the biggest thing in my life.
