I have yet to buy any xbox games for my PS5 exactly due to this. I love physical copies but if you're not even bothered to put your games on the actual disc, I will not be bothered buying. don't get me wrong, I love Halo, Forza Horizon and Gears and wanted to buy them but they keep doing this and seems to not really want my money. oh well....next on my no buy list is GTAVI and after that, PS6!
@Oram77 For a new entry, they will definitely be forced to "put a chick in it and make her gay" the game. so...remasters like the SoTC would be nice and preferable at this point
@themightyant but it's not Sony's fault those games not released on disc. Silksong for example...did Sony tell them they can't do physical? I don't think so
@Friendly how is this Sony's fault? Next, are you going to say Sony also forced MS to put the same requirement on Xbox series consoles too? And Sony forces MS to require you to link your Steam account to MS account if you're playing on Steam?

Sony has given them what no others would but their own corrupt and arrogant ways has ultimately became their own downfall. No other studios are given the freedom and money from Sony and yet they still fail. What else is there for Sony to do? Keep burning their money on Bungie? They promised Sony a lot but they didn't deliver. I agree that Sony screwed over the likes of Bluepoint, Evolution, Zipper, Studio Liverpool and some other, but Bungie is definitely their own undoing, not Sony. Bungie is the one killing Sony's pocket at the moment.
