@Classic_console No, if you look at the user score, people seem to enjoy GoT a whole lot more compared to TLOU2. So more people casted their vote for it, any thus the higher score in The Player's Voice.
@wiiware Yes, you can max him out , but that doesn't mean that you throw NG+ out of the window. For example, I maxed out Spider-Man on my first playthrough, but I still played NG+... More than a few times, mind you...
