@Bentleyma Because I felt it was implied with "another PS exclusive". There is a fair few games (not just the Xbox exclusives, multiplats too) that take up quite a bit of space. So the fact it's a PS exclusive does not really need to be mentioned, otherwise you'll get people like me saying "so? plenty of games take up a lot of space".
Plus like someone else has pointed out it is also releasing on PS4, why put the extra work in to try to compress it properly on PS5 when it's releasing for a platform that won't (or can't) benefit from it or not as much
Another thing this article forgets to point out is the Xbox/Microsoft equivalent to Gran Turismo 7 exclusive takes up quite a bit of memory too at 79GB (Forza Horizon 5). Halo Infinite comes at around 80GB too if you install both the multiplayer and campaign, so... ok?
Or is this purely pointing out the supposed hypocrisy of games take up less memory on a SSD, because it still very well might when they start to be developed exclusively for PS5 and not PS4 as well.
