@BacklogGamer964 After the book store with Jesse you then fight WLFs along a grassy road with scaffolding on the right. At the end of the road it's flooded. You turn left and swim under the bus and walk up the bank on the left side. You climb up the ledges but dont go through the hole. Turn left and left again near the mannequins. There is a door and an opening on the left. Workbench there. Hope that's clear!
Personally I'm on my second run and enjoying it a lot more with better weapons etc. There is so much detail in this game and the story is great. You need to embrace the concept of vengeance and its consequences. 'If you pursue revenge, prepare to dig two graves.' Yes it was a bitter pill to swallow in the second half of the gameplay after the initial shock moment but it is the creators vision. He said many times before release, it will be challenging to your sense of right and wrong. It also touches on diverse issues in a post apocalyptic world that people don't really talk about in this world. Maybe that offends some people? I say good on the studio for trying to push the boundaries of peoples perceptions as well as the limits of the tech. Asking for a petition to change it? Get a grip people. If you're going to moan like a toddler over it, then you got the game you deserved. Part 1 was about love. Part 2 about revenge and what is costs. I hope the studio ignores all the hate and makes Part 3 and resolves it with Redemption.
You don't need any of the safe codes at all. If you listen to the clicks when you turn the dial, the correct number has a slightly different sound. I'm on my second play through and it's working everytime so far. Kudos to my son (Matthew) for finding it. Happy safe cracking!
