@Weebleman I have the 55 inch C1 also and I thought all of the ports supported 120Hz? That was one of the main reasons why I chose the C1 over the Sony OLED. When I did my research, it stated that all of the ports on the C1 was HDMI 2.1 unlike the Sony models at the time which only had 2 HDMI 2.1 ports if I'm remembering correctly. All the HDMI ports on the C1 is capped at 40Gbps instead of the full 48 tho, but they all should still be capable of 120Hz.
I've always felt like Saros would be one of the first games to utilize PSSR 2.0 since it was stated that Housemarque would be using UE5 and we all know how most, if not all, UE5 games have issues with PSSR
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a "few" would mean 3 which would indicate a 2028 release right? Had Cerney said a couple years instead that would have indicated a 2027 release to me.
I had a gut feeling that after finding out about the PSSR issues with the Silent Hill 2 Remake and Metal Gear Solid Delta, this was gonna have it's problems too. I wonder if the rumored PSSR update for next year will help clean things up a bit.
@Northern_munkey because those resources that were used towards a PC port could have gone solely towards the PS development only, which in turn would make a better product imo. Having to develop a game with multiple configurations in mind takes resources and time. One could argue that the single player PS exclusives throughout the generations would not have been the same games had they been multiplatform. Developers like Rockstar are the exception imo, but they are probably much larger than any of PS's studios. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like if single player 1st party games dropped day 1 on PC too, their quality would diminish because of having to spread their resources around more
@ED_209 can only speak for myself, but if PS goes that route then I'll definitely switch to PC. Been keeping my eyes open for any 50 Series GPU news lately so them doing that would give me even more of a reason to switch. At that point, a PS console would just be a glorified mid-ranged PC with pay to play online in my eyes

Re: 38% of PS Plus Members Are Paying More for Extra, Premium
@Lup while I get it, I always found it kinda weird to insult ppl on how they chose to spend their own money
Re: Expect PS Portal's Glacial Rollout of New Features to Continue
@PlushiePlushie This! I don't even know why this isn't a thing yet.
Re: Xbox Really Wasn't Happy with PlayStation's Call of Duty Marketing Deal
Really wish major outlets and etc would start calling Phil out on his hypocrisy whenever he says stuff like this.
