@Barryburton97 Up-res'd is basically re-rendering at a higher resolution. Upscaling is not the same. Upscaling is using the native rendering and blowing that up to a target resolution. Upscaling has been done essentially since flat panels began and nothing special. What's being done here is basically like what remasters and emulators do.
@Menchi Christ, if only people would understand the context of that statement. He's referring to the validity of the gameplay shown BECAUSE the hitches are there. Nothing was faked. He's not saying he wants those hitches there in the final product. Like he said, he expects things like this to be fixed later in development.
