I think the Vita will do well once it is released in all major areas, people will see the potential it has and I believe E3 will be the best ad campaign for Sony in recent history. I have mine pre-ordered and can't wait for the 22nd. I had a 3DS and was really disappointed that my only games I had were Ghost Recon and Mario 3D. I traded all of it in last week preparing myself for a handheld that seems to be more to my liking.
I had high hopes for the 3DS and really wanted it to be great but with the circle pad attachment that came out recently I had to jump ship. Fearing that a redesign is in the works and future titles will require the additional circle pad, I felt as though I'd be forced to buy the add-on or buy a possible redesigned 3DS.
Here's to the Vita success in America and I'm looking forward to the future of handheld gaming.
