Military covert guide (harder to spot when sneaking) at the top of one of the Revere satellites. Also at the top the one in the left corner of the complex (coming in from the west) you'll find the fat boy and a stripped down power suit.
Copy of Picket Fence (allows you to build picket fencing at the workshops) in the Brewery in the office where you kill Tom.
