Mate the original patent has been out in the wild for awhile now, hence how so many companies were able to make the things in the first place. Its the same way case makers produce cases for phones yet to release.
@HotGoomba good customer service aside. Peripherals aside (dubious as the plate is a component of the hardware) they have breached patent law. Its that simple.
who care really? So there was a leak, and? Im still buying the game and most other people will too. This happens a the time with movies, TV shows and games and people still part with thier money. There's a difference between hearing or seeing snippets of something to experiencing it for yourself. For every exited person who vant wait to experience a new medium for the first time there's a semen receptacle waiting in the wings, ready to ruin it for nothing more than thirty seconds of fame or because they just like passing on peoples bonfires. And for all these conspiracy nuts, no one cares what songs agenda is or if ther even is one and as for terrible conditions at developers. We have all known this for years, naughty dog isn't unique in this respect and 99 percent of them all have crunches and forced overtime etc, so does the movie business. For all those bleating about that I would sincerely love to know the last game you brought? I hope it was on the SNES because if not you're hypocrites. Its like complaining about animal cruelty whilst eating a steak.
