Re: Video: In Defence of The Last of Us' PS5 Remake

@Beerheadgamer82 Dead Space is a proper remake though. This is the same game as The Last of Us 1 just with newer graphics.

Yeah, Demon's Souls PS5 was the same but that was a remake of a 13 year old game from the PS3 era, built on an entirely new engine.

Isn't this still the Last of Us' engine just updated? It just seems like a heavily remasted version of an already remastered game avaliable already on PS5...

Re: Rob from the Rich and Give to the Poor in Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief, Coming to PS4 in October

@gotDvamp No it's not. The main factor for re releases or remasters of old games is so a new audience can enjoy them.

Unfortunately most Sony fans don't understand the importance of backwards compatability and seem to think the five PS2 games avaliable on PlayStation 4/5 is good enough.

At this point I don't understand how PlayStation 5 has managed to outsell the Xbox Series X when Sony offers little. No true competitor to Game Pass, no proper backwards compatability apart from PS4 titles and all the exclusives are coming to PC now.

Even the Switch offers more in regards to past games with the NES online. I enjoyed playing Mario Kart 1 for the very first time this year to see where the series started. No nostalgia about it.

@VatoLoco47

Nobody really cares about the author's opinion too outside of this site. Same guy gave Metal Gear Survive 8/10 even when that game has broken mechanics, atrocious combat and repetitive design with recycled areas and assets from the superior MGSV.

The Surge is easily a 7/10.

This review just reminds me why Push Sqaure is one of the worst sites for reviews. Lots of decent games with bad scores and bad games with good scores with a suspicious defense from Push Sqaure.
