Re: Assassin's Creed Valhalla's New Patch Has Introduced a Bad Face-Breaking Bug

Hefeydd

It hasn't just brought back the Unity Bug in Valhalla it has brought back a whole load of issues. The Ingot glitch is still there and you can exploit gold as you could in all previous updates. And this is just typical typical development under the umbrella of one brand.

I've noticed the game crashes way more than before, there are sound issues, levels not loading properly. OWM Open Wold Missions are broken where you have to reload a saved game in order to get the mission to work. But all these issues was in TU 1.1.0 apart from the Unity Bug in Valhalla.

But gamers don't understand to fix a load of bugs and glitches in a game it causes problems elsewhere and that is the Pandora's Box of programming I am afraid. One fix can cause 1 or 3 issues that you didn't have before. But the game is still enjoyable and playable never the less. I've completed the entire story on the XBOX now I am doing the same for the PlayStation, sounds crazy and why bother. Well I know how to do the game by memory and I've waded through the game far quicker than I did on the XBX. Leveled up from 155 to 367 on just over 10 days.

Re: PS2-Style PS5 Consoles Withdrawn From Sale After Company Receives 'Credible Threats'

Reay do not know what makes people tick these days. The eejits who makes threats leave digital breadcrumbs and they are so dumb as soon as they click send on an email, via social media or any other form of electronic communication. You may as well sign it at the same time. Any threatening behaviour in the form of malicious text, threatening to harm a person(s) wellbeing and you are tied to correspondence and admit to sending such correspondence I a criminal offence. What is wrong with people these days. I don't know what makes some people tick I really don't.

Re: Reaction: Cyberpunk 2077 Debacle Proves Sony Needs a Better PS Store Refund Policy

Hefeydd

The PlayStation purist will hate what I am about to say, but to be honest with you... IDGAD. Sony Game Store needs to be overhauled and they need to adopt the same refund policy that Microsoft Store has for their apps and games. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days, as long as you have only played the game that you purchased is under 2hrs of gameplay. Any DLC or Seasons Passes that you have purchased separately, unfortunately not refundable.

You must have downloaded, installed and run the app or game before requesting for a refund. And that is what Sony needs to adopt with Cyberpunk 2077 yet another game where Sony has lost out financially as a result of CDOR lying about the performance and graphics in their game.

As this is a second game which Sony has had to refund their customers in full this is an embarrassment for Sony as well. But will Sony change their rfund policy as a result of what has happened with Cyberpunk 2077. I doubt it very much if they will adopt the same policy as Microsoft. However, it is likely they will indeed make changes to their Refund Policy as a result of the disastrous poor performance, poor graphics and gameplay on the old-gen consoles and next-gen consoles.
