My PS account is 10 years old, I already own the vast majority of the PS4 titles available and PS3 streaming isn't available in my region. My PSClassic has more classic PS1 titles on it than Deluxe does right now.

PS+ Deluxe is absolutely not worth the cost to me in it's current form, and SONY need to pull their heads out of their ass and start putting way more content into Deluxe before I would consider it, it's a joke as is right now.

Allow me to buy Ridge Racers 2 and I'll be extremely happy. Premium isn't worth the cost in it's current form imo.

@invictus4000 alternate take, enjoy them both for what they are. I personally found Tsushima just as repetitive as any AC game, but that's just me.

Hopefully this and Mirage will keep both sides of the fence happy.

Personally I love them all, but I can understand why some dislike the direction the RPG series took them. Good to see they are apparently splitting the franchise.

Can you make the games full screen? Not a fan of massive borders filled with artwork.

@Fyz306903 You're still on PS4 yeah? Personally I would start with Origins. The gold edition goes for really cheap now and will be a good indication of whether or not the new direction is for you.

Me personally, I'm bias in that I absolutely love open world games and get side tracked so easily exploring things. I never found any of the latest 3 AC games to be a grind. Played the entirety of them all as stealth build.

If you do pick up Valhalla I would recommend turning on guaranteed assassinations. That way it plays more like a traditional stealth AC game. There are also options to level the playing field via combat difficulty. It removes the "grind", but dampens the overall experience of the game imo.

Both Odyssey & Valhalla play at 60fps on PS5

@Fyz306903 I'm still on the fence with the DLC. Finished the main game and haven't touched it since.

I usually do the same but Valhalla was a gift that didn't include the season pass. At 175+ hours though, I've more than had my moneys worth out of it.

I'll probably pick it up on the next sale, whenever that is. Ragnarok though, I'll wait and see. Single player games don't have an urgency to be played. And as Medic_Alert said, waiting is always a good idea.

That's not how discounts work with Ubi DLC.
The base games drop massively, not in the overly exaggerated 1 month period, but they do drop.
DLC doesn't.

No it won't. Season passes & DLC never go that low, it's taken a year for the season pass to get to it's all time low of £16.49.

Prior to that the lowest it saw was £25.

This isn't going to be a GamePass killer, not even in your wildest dreams. It needs native backwards compatibility to even compete, not streaming, which it will be. Or have flagship titles day 1, which it won't either.

Just throwing it out there but the PS4 version on PS5 now also runs at 60fps without mods.

@BrettAwesome That's a thing? Your or enemy grenades? Can't say I've experience that yet. I use proxy detect grenades andy they always bounce off walls.
