@Lowdefal game can get delivered early? You have a better chance of seeing Bigfoot. Never once out of the hundreds of games I’ve order has one ever shown up early.

Sonic superstars was great. I loved it. The game plays like a Genesis sonic game. The bosses are the main complaint because they can be spammed and beat in mere seconds like old sonic bosses. It’s more like the 3D Sonic bosses done in 2d.

I have played Alan Wake 2, And both times I’ve played it in front of people that aren’t gamers or are just casual gamers, One said this game thinks it’s so artistic it’s up its own a double crooked letter, when really it’s just a mosh mosh of artistic crap, and the other one asked if I was high because this game is ridiculous.

Looks like it’s gonna be a brutally hard muscle memory experience as well. I don’t know how I feel about that.

If I was Ubisoft, I would brush off all the stuff too, because all of a sudden they’re like Nickelback. it’s cool to hate Ubisoft, regardless of output.

So far the only 3D platform game I’ve played that can throw down with the big N since rare in the late 90s is Psychonauts 2

@Katsuhono fable and avowed have been in a few of them now and we still are no closer to finishing out when we get to play them. It’s one of Xbox is major problems. You show somebody Avowed trailers for five years. They’re gonna get excited and there is nothing they could possibly ever make that is going to back up five years of waiting in hype so it comes out and it’s redfall, Halo infinite could never possibly live up to that height now it’s like the black sheep of the halo franchise, Starfield could never live up to that hype now it’s the black sheep of the Bethesda lineup, and it’s coming to continue that way as long as Xbox operates the way they currently do

The Microsoft show has been 90% the same for the last 3 or 4. It’s the same games they have been saying are coming for about 2 years, only difference is starfield came out so now gears of war is in its place and that game is not coming out for almost 5 years I bet.

Generation we have ever had. It’s the first time in history there wasn’t a major leap in graphics, it’s basically the ps4 with fast loading era. And they barely have enough games to warrant buying a ps5 what on earth could we possibly need a ps5 pro. It would be released and you would have to be a total sucker to buy it.

@tangyzesty starfield may not be exactly what everyone wanted, but to call it a stinker is very disingenuous and flat out wrong. It’s still better then 90 percent of games.

@Stevemalkpus switch couldn’t handle it, weirdly it’s one of the most next gen looking games out there even being stylized. Series s will have trouble running it up to ps5 specs.

I have been playing on my ps5 since release, and sure I’ve read about the mtx. but I havnt seen or been prompted to by them in game. So I wouldn’t know how even if I wanted to. I have to cast my vote with the most complaining havnt actually played side.

It’s not because they release exclusives on day one, that’s not why Xbox game pass is stagnating, it’s the fact they rarely release exclusives and gamepass is currently filled with Indy games that look like they were made for a sega Genesis pro. That’s why game pass sucks.

Yay another gigantic AAA game that only 1 percent of gamers can enjoy. Souls and souls like sell a few million each, now imagine how much a souls like with difficulty options would sell. There is a reason fallen order and survival sold so well, because we the average gamer with full time jobs and kids could still enjoy it and play.

@silverspeed souls like, basically means that it’s made as hard as humanly possible so only a few elite gamers can ever truly enjoy them. Cause why adding difficulty options would make it accessible and souls like companies don’t seem to like money.

@Jonnyl you’re a Nintendo fan go back to the Metroid prime release and read those comments that’s one of the best remasters in the current day and 50% of those comments are bitching about the lack of credits for the original team that did it, and the way the doors look. The entire world was waiting for tears of a kingdom the day it comes out the majority of the comment are calling it DLC. Both fantastic amazing games. Both spit on by the community.

Let’s be honest, they could’ve announced that super Mario wonder was one of the surprise PS plus games this month in 80% of these comments would be like oh I can’t believe that. Unbelievable this little kid crap. They could surprise release an old PlayStation IP brand new game and everyone would be like oh is it coming physical because if it’s only digital I’m never gonna play it. If it was coming out physical as well, they be complaining about the frame rate or the resolution. Nobody working for a video game company could ever take a comment section serious, because regardless of what they do. They are effed.

@kcarnes9051 ya no effect until they start making games with the pro architecture in mind like both ps4 and Xbox one did, making late ps4 games almost unplayable on my release version, but it won’t concern me right? My ps5 came with horizon forbidden west, I shutter to think how my day 1 ps4 would handle that game, which was released with ps4 pro in mind.

You know they could re-release them on the ps3 and bill gates will let everyone use his back to the future Delorian and then we get to play them natively and don’t even have to port.

I have lived in the northeastern US my entire 38 years and I’ve never seen or played or met anyone that has ever seen or played a master system, it was a non entity in America. I’m sure the two people in the country who did have it are in this comment section they always are , but that’s probably a major or the reason they went with game gear versions.

Im playing it and loving it but the vibe I got was they could have called it the witchers fantasy 16 or final creed Valhalla it plays very similar to them

Ubisoft is my favorite third party not based in Japan, I always get a kick out of seeing what’s next.

It’s so anti consumer to not give us the millions of gamers every single thing we ask for.

Streaming is still new in games, in a few years my son will only have subscription models, I believe this is the last era PlayStation or Xbox will use physical media for one thing and once that’s gone subscriptions are gonna jump greatly

@johnny30 I wish I didn’t listen to pro rumors.
In June 2019 I started researching the switch and I probably put off buying one for about 6 months waiting for the pro I was just gonna buy instead. And we know how that goes. People have been barley able to get a ps5. Now that they kinda can, how many are gonna miss out because stupid pro console rumors.

Now that zelda got it’s name and release date this ”Judas” is my most anticipated game I know nothing about. I used to detest fps games, because all my meat head friends only played multiplayer. I didn’t know the genre could be so rich in narrative and exploration. Bioshock changed my life as a gamer in 2022.

Dang it, I never pick the right console! First the master system instead of nes, then Saturn instead of ps1 and 64. I had a genesis but instead of snes I got a jaguar, then I picked Dreamcast over ps2 and Xbox. And now. I picked stadia. I will never pick right.

It comes out very early in the systems life cycle. It just kinda sucks now knowing your not getting another one until ps6 at the earliest. GTA and elders rolls just skipped a generation that lasted almost a decade that’s effed. I know a bunch of people who don’t game for that very reason

@AFCC such a stupid thing to say. The switch sold a crap ton because Nintendo has terrible graphics. Feynx rising for example I’ve played it on switch when it came out and ps5 when I finally got one and it might not look as pretty but it mechanically played the same. Crash 4 same thing.
