PS5 Fighter Avatar Legends Gets Ranked Play, Low Latency Mode, More in Major Update

Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game recently received patch 2.5, a pretty significant update on PS5 that adds some nice new features to the fighter.

Most notably, ranked online matches are now available on PS5 as well as other platforms, with full cross platform play available.

A new Low Latency mode is also implemented on PS5, and controller latency in general has been improved, so it should be even snappier to play now.

On top of that, the update makes improvements to matchmaking and makes a variety of animation tweaks and balance adjustments, which you can view via the official patch notes page.

Main Menu allows you to open up the Newsletter again with a button callout!
Training mode can now have block mode set to "Flow". (More coming!)

Updated Move: Zaheer’s Final Technique - Ghazan animates differently rather than going straight up.
Ozai gained more animation frames for a variety of moves:
- Air Throw
- Air Super Technique
- Counter Pose
- Lightning / Air Lightning
- s.A and B, c.A B C, j.A B
- Jump, stand and crouch turn
- Throw tech
- Some hitstuns
- Crouch block
SYSTEM Updates:
- Added input buffer for EX and Super techniques when doing them from chains
- Fixed bug where hitting certain flow moves that had the dodge trigger property removed hitstop from the attacker.
- Fixed scaling bug with certain moves hitting first causing excess damage scaling.
