Movement on the PS Store suggests PS3 classics Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 could be coming to the PS5 and PS4 any day now – potentially as soon as tomorrow, after the Nintendo Direct.
Both games – released in 2010 and 2012 respectively – were rated for release in Korea a little over a month ago, although the news wasn’t widely picked up. I certainly missed it, anyway.
Then earlier today, patches for both games were discovered on Sony’s servers. PlayStation Game Size has since been able to extract the logos from the PS Store, suggesting these games are pretty much ready for release.

It’s likely these games will only include their campaigns, a little bit like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered which released on the PS4 a few years ago.
These Treyarch developed efforts are generally considered high points for the series, though, and it would be good to have them in a more easily accessible format on modern hardware.
Would you be willing to revisit either of these games at all? Remember the numbers in the comments section below.
