We’ve already written our predictions for this week’s State of Play, but one game we can comfortably rule out: Marvel’s Wolverine.
Writing on social media, dev Insomniac was asked when we’d get more info on Logan and the upcoming game.
Its response? “Spring 2026”.
Spring doesn’t officially get underway until towards the end of March, so we’re going to have to wait at least a few weeks to get our next glimpse of the anticipated game. That rules it out from this week’s State of Play.
Of course, with the superhero spin-off scheduled to release later this year, there’s plenty of time for Sony to build enthusiasm for it. We expect this to come out prior to GTA 6 in November, making for a bit of a barnstorming end to 2026 for PS5.
