It's taken years, but it's finally happening β we're getting a proper John Wick game.
Teased via the above trailer during PlayStation's latest State of Play, this 'Untitled John Wick Game' is coming to PS5... eventually.
It's being developed by Saber, and film series director Chad Stahelski is apparently involved. It'll feature an original story set in the existing John Wick timeline.
Like we say, it looks to be the kind of John Wick game that you'd always imagined; action-packed and full of bloody kills.

"Saberβs design will be faithful to the unique style and signature elements of the series, including a distinct gun fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, immersive driving experiences, and a variety of memorable environments, all crafted to make players feel like they are in a John Wick movie, playing the role of John Wick himself."

Not a John Wick fan and I think Keanu is a very... bland one note actor but this game looks fun. Glad they didn't show story or anything other than action - looking forward to going into this blind

John Wick is one of my favorite series. Such good action scenes and imo one of the best looking hdr movies. Can't wait for this!

@SteveJaye Dare I say someone should do Equalizer games with Denzel himself in them? Revenge/helping the helpless themes straight from the movies. That would be kinda cool. And this game looks like it has promise. Will have to see more, but looking great so far.
This is literally an all-time dream game of mine, so to say I am hyped is an understatement.

@MFTWrecks I recommend Midnight Fight Express, if you haven't played it. It's a short, indie game, where each level is sort of a set piece to fight through, with batman like combat, and gadgets etc. But it's got a almost top down view. Pretty good fun!
I'm a huge JW fan and this looks amazing so I can't wait to get my hands on this.
@MichaelNau I've always imagined John Wick playing like the Arkham games with the rhythmic combat. Have him use melee to build up the ability to execute enemies at the end of combos.

Sounds about right too.
However, I really like the tension in Sifu.
When you're in the zone, it's beautifull but, lose it and you're getting wrecked and I think it really gels a Legendary seasoned assassin
Looks a bit cheap but hope they got the gameplay right. I love the movie series.
