Koei Tecmo has announced that Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered has been delayed.
The remade hack-and-slasher was meant to launch on the 19th March for PS5, but it's now been pushed back to an unconfirmed date.
The publisher says that the delay is in service of "further improving the quality of the game" — but with no new date given, the suggestion is that quite a bit of work needs to be done.
To be fair, we've seen very little of the remake since its reveal last year. Outside of some small gameplay clips and a couple of brief trailers, we've had basically nothing to go on — and so the delay isn't hugely surprising.

It's also worth mentioning that Koei Tecmo's statement on the matter does refer to the title as "the first remaster of the Dynasty Warriors series", perhaps reinforcing theories that additional revivals are planned.
Hey, at least this helps with the upcoming release schedule, which is absolutely packed across February and March.
