Now Even Hinako's Parents Have Started Streaming Silent Hill F on PS5 1

Silent Hill F is an outstanding game, but one of the side-stories to its success has been how many of the brilliant actors from the title have started streaming it on YouTube.

Konatsu Kato, the actress behind heroine Hinako, tallied millions of views earlier this month after she started playing the game. She would later even feature as an ambassador for Wind & Sea’s PlayStation collaboration.

Soon after, Rinko’s actress Yuuka Iijima started her own playthrough.

And now it’s the turn of Hinako’s parents, Kanta and Kimie – played by Takeshi Masago and Tamami Hiraoka respectively – who’ve started livestreaming the game on YouTube.

Those of you who’ve already played the game will know the Shimizu family dynamic plays an important role in the plot, as it serves to highlight the problems of the patriarchy which the protagonist is trying to escape.

The livestream is completely in Japanese so may not have much value for those of you who don’t understand the language, but you can check it out through here.

The pair are planning to broadcast another episode on 4th January.
