Who needs to add another gacha to their PS5 rotation?

Honestly, not us, but we’ve played a chunk of Netmarble’s free-to-play manga adaptation The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, and we can confirm it’s very high quality.

This one is more closely aligned to, say, Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves – although its open world of Britannia, inspired by Nakaba Suzuki’s manga of course, feels immediately more realised here.

This latest trailer also focuses on co-op raids gameplay, which sets it apart from its nearest competitors. Here you’ll team up with other players to “defeat powerful bosses”.

The game will launch as a PS5 console exclusive from 28th January, so you honestly haven’t got long to wait for this. It’ll also be available on Steam and mobile, with full cross-progression and crossplay.

Will you be giving this a go when it launches early next year? Let us know below.
