Just as it did with the first game, Kojima Productions has announced it is taking Death Stranding 2 on a worldwide tour before, during, and after the game's PS5 release.
Called the World Strand Tour, there'll be 12 stops, and they'll offer "a celebration of all things Death Stranding as part of a World Tour, with special guests and events at each stop". With the game itself out on 26th June 2025, the 12 tour dates are:
- June 8 – Los Angeles
- June 14 – Sydney
- June 26 – Tokyo
- June 28 – Paris
- June 30 – London
- July 4 – Seoul
- July 6 – Taipei
- July 9 – Hong Kong
- July 12 – Shanghai
- August – Riyadh
- October – Sao Paulo
- November – Lucca
We attended the London date for the first game's world tour, and it proved to be a fun yet brief experience. There was the chance to meet Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa for a photo, a few Death Stranding-themed rooms to explore, and a gift shop at the end. We imagine this tour will work similarly.
