PS Plus Premium's Promised PC Streaming Still Missing in Parts of Europe

One of the perks of PS Plus Premiumthere are vanishingly few, after all – is the ability to cloud stream PS4 and PS3 on either a PC or console. However, when the revamped service launched, the platform holder warned that the functionality to stream to a PC would not be available in select countries, like Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. This, it promised, would be rectified.

Well, that was back in May and we’re now mid-way through November – and guess what, nothing’s changed! In fact, the manufacturer is actually advertising PC-based cloud streaming for PS Plus Premium on its website in countries like Poland, despite it not actually being available! It goes without saying, none of this is good enough really, and we think the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board and have a long, hard think about what it wants PS Plus Premium to actually be.

The most frustrating thing is, the firm shouldn’t be in this position with its most expensive subscription tier – it had months to revamp the service, and admittedly it’s done a solid job with PS Plus Extra, but already it’s beginning to look like PS Plus Premium needs a complete reset. That’s a massive failure!
