If you're subscribed to either PS Plus Extra or Premium, you're in for a treat this month. Sony unveiled a total of more than 20 games coming to the upper tiers of its service, and today's the day they become available to download.
Yes, the latest slate of Extra and Premium games are now beginning to roll out on their respective tiers, so you can get them downloaded and ready to go. As a reminder, here's what you can look forward to this month:

That's a pretty dang good selection. There's an unfortunate lack of proper retro classics on PS Plus Premium this month, so hopefully Sony can pick up the slack on that front moving forwards. Still, what's here is solid.

Dragon Quest XI S is a must. One of the best RPGs I've played
Still a little bit disappointed that AC: Syndicate does not have a PS5 fix to go alongside releasing on PS Plus. Kinda wanted to jump back into it if there was a patch. Oh well.
Might give AC: Odyssey a try.

Totally agree with the vid that the lack of PS1, PS2, PSP games added makes you think what's the point of Premium.
Still holding out in hope that EVENTUALLY Sony will add some of their PSP games like Daxter, Pursuit Force, Resistance Retribution and Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
Between all the assassins creed games I have no interest in, and the Dragon Quest and Yakuza games I love, purchased, and plat-ed, there isn’t much for me here. The Medium trophy campaign is poor and frustrating it seems, which will cut my enjoyment of that game in half…still, some fantastic games there for others.
None of them are available yet for me and I’m in the USA. Hopefully that changes soon. Enjoy the solid month fellow gamers!

@thefourfoldroot1 I've been eagerly awaiting a deep price drop for DQXI: S so this was music to my ears. Will happily (yet slowly) plat this title a second time.
Just want to check... are there any Assassin's Creed games that are not on the service? So next month I know we won't have another added. Unless of course they take them off the service the week before so they can have something to put on the list for next months line up.

That’s fair enough, but I have far too many games in my backlog to be playing something which is, say, 85% the same as a previous SKU. Even if there is a separate plat. I just don’t have the spare time unfortunately, well, nor the time generally given that I’m mortal.

Premium continues to not really be worth it in my eyes. I was hoping for more classics from a tier that really advertised classics at the start.
All quite generic games except for the medium which I’ve already played in gamepass.
so does this mean we might see a patch coming for assassin's creed syndicate?
@Robocrop_Duster unfortunately not. Ubisoft Support confirmed last week no fix will be made as it's not an "active title". They also deleted a tweet from months back which stated a fix was in the works :/

@Bizzy I think Assassin's Creed 1 is the only one missing. I think it used to be on PS Now, so they could re-add it and everyone would act like it's some big deal for some reason, but I don't think they will since they can't add PS3 games to Ubisoft+ Classics (because it's part of Extra, not Premium).
Dragon Quest XI is probably one of the best RPGs I have played. Those who like RPGs should definitely give it a try. Although it's a very long game so be aware.
It took me like 2 years to beat. I would play for a month or so and then I'd take a break and I would keep doing that. It's good that it has a preview of past events when you start the game up to remind you of what happened. Overall, an incredible RPG and I don't really like playing RPGs that much anymore.
Vice City is the only trilogy game I wanted so I am happy about that. Probably try a couple of AC games
The Yakuza games are Essential games put in Premium for the added $20 needed to play them. Not ok for those wanting stream only PS2 and PS1 not remastered and downloaded and playable from a PS4 hard drive games.
And just like that, 5 games added.
Ok 2 of them were not on those lists, (the first 2 Dark Pictures games).
Also, vice city, Medium and Inside.
A fair bit to get through.
Have had no issues with vice city, would have been a kicker if paid for it at release with all the bugs it had.
I can't add vice city to my Library, it just takes me to the Trilogy page
The Yakuza games, Limbo and Street Fighter IV are not available for me. It only shows me the option to buy them. I hope it's only a temporary bug. I'm in South America so I hope it's not a licensing issue like with other games.
Anyone else having this problem?
The sims 4 is free now but if you claimed the ps plus version you're stuck with needing plus to play it same thing happened when I claimed cod mw remastered
AC: China and India are downloadable and playable on PS5 afterall.

You'd think they'd have this fixed by now.
Absolutely loving Vice City so far, no issues whatsoever. Probably helps that I never played it when it came out (GTA III is the only one of the Trilogy I owned as a teen) so have no preconceptions or nostalgia. The voice-acting & radio stuff holds up. Great fun.
@KidBoruto I checked earlier today and it was fixed. I hope they fix it for all regions if they haven't done so already.

@Clemerek I can confirm that this glitch has been fixed on the US PSN store. I just successfully added Yakuza 3, 4, and 5.
