Brawlhalla is Ubisoft's free-to-play platform fighter, and like most of the publisher's games, it's been supported way past its initial release with all kinds of new content and updates. The latest addition to the game sees some serious fighting game royalty join the roster: Ryu, Chun-Li, and Akuma from Street Fighter are available now as playable characters in a special event.

The three characters bring over some of their signature moves to help them stand out from the rest of the cast. A new mode, Street Brawl, apes Capcom's fighting franchise with one-on-one bouts, complete with health bars. There are other Street Fighter-themed goodies, such as a new stage based on Suzaku Castle.

You can see the characters in action in the above trailer. They're available as Epic Crossover skins, and will set you back some premium currency, but they're yours to keep once purchased; you'll be able to continue Hadoukening your way to victory after the special event is over.
