And still no news about a native PS5 version. It seems only PS4 version comes on disc

Got them already downloaded, so excited to play them again. Hopefully R* gives out some more details prior to release, it would be amazing if all the songs are back.

Need to see how everything holds up, if there are any new bugs that the remasters introduced yada yada yada but I definitely feel like it's time to revisit these games again.

Pre ordering games you haven't seen any gameplay of is literally a leap of faith.

New controls, is the music the same? Is it glitchy? Is this better than the original trilogy?

Seeing as its digital, we can just wait until seeing reviews and then decide even on Nov 11 itself.

@Netret0120 the problem is that unless you hunt down the PS2 copies, Rockstar hasn't given us a choice but to buy this version now after they delisted the others.

I surf around internet daily and whenever i see rocktar news, i bash them for gta 5 online and recycling old games. All these said and done, i will buy this pack for ps5 on december the moment it releases. Should i be ashamed of myself? ^^

A year on from its release, and I'm still having to buy ps4 physical copies of games for my PS5...

I find it very concerning Rockstar havent just come out and confirmed the soundtracks are intact for these releases. Their lack of communication and transparency is not really good enough these days

As if anyones genuinely spending money on this without any real solid info on how they play and music used. Rockstar taking you for muppets sadly.

@Rob_230 Totally agree,the fact that Rockstar have been "radio silent",on the issue of the soundtracks this close to release is a major red flag. Take-Two are hardly short of shark card profits to sink into this being a full priced ($90-$100 in my neck of the woods),remaster & yet apart from the vague cinematic trailer we've seen minimal gameplay & zero info on the atmospheric soundtracks!🤔
Own the delisted "ps2 classics" versions even with their gimped music tracks but the lack of info here has me suspicious Rockstar are counting on nostalgia over quality driving sales sadly!😕

As long as Vrock has kept most of its songs il live XD although i do occasionally leave video killed the radio star or gold on too.

SA i remember having soundgarden, GNR and Motorhead so again il live if untouched.

@AFCC Usually games are traditionally released on either a Tuesday or Friday, so you could look at this as getting to play it early rather than being a Friday release.

@AFCC I’m in the same boat, I would of rather a midnight release cos I could of then played it at about 9 in the morning once the kids and wife was at work. But at 3PM that’s when my kids finish school so I’m having to pick them up then the wife, sort tea out etc. It’ll be 9 at night before I can sit and play it in peace.

@MaccaMUFC @AFCC I’m the same, I’ve got that day off, but it’s not out until 7pm here. I guess I’ll be hammering Forza Horizon 5 and saving GTA for the weekend.

@playstation1995 someone has datamined the files and Jackson’s music is missing. So is the NWA, Ice Cube and Eazy-E track. Not so word up son. Whack. Totally whack. They trippin with those emissions bro.

@Stocksy If that’s true about the licensed music tracks then that’s a pretty big omission as they play a big part of the games to many people. It just wouldn’t be the same without some of the iconic songs, especially in Vice City which the 80s music really adds to the atmosphere of the game.

I’ve already pre-ordered the trilogy and this won’t affect my enjoyment of it but I’d still be disappointed if a lot of the music is not included. It’s not as if Take Two and Rockstar are strapped for cash, they can absolutely afford to have every track included from the original trilogy.

@Robocod Sadly i think thats exactly what they are doing. I LOVED these games (particularly 3 and Vice City), but i fear Rockstar are not the company there were back in the PS2/3 days!

@MaccaMUFC rumours are the leak is fake. Google it. The list is bonkers if true. I’m ok with it if it’s all been replaced with other era specific tracks. I’m not emotionally attached to any song so if they bulked out the soundtrack with other classics all good - the soundtracks should be larger not smaller…. They could have pushed the boat out and added more IMHO. I guess we will see.

@Rob_230 Very much this! Heck I even rebought platinum versions of Vice City/SA,just to protect the OG versions me & a buddy replayed so often!
The GTA games,(& LCS/VCS ports),Bully,The Warriors etc.,were all must haves! The last rockstar game I was all-in on was RDR 1/Undead Nightmare,& would happily ride around as much as in Vice City having Billie Jean,Video Killed the Radio Star,or Fernando with Broken Wings,Africa blaring!👍
Own GTA V on ps3/4 but the push towards the stock market bit (which in turn made up a part of GTAO),to earn $$ to afford even more basic properties was a turn off! Let alone RDR 2's clunky controls & gameplay pushing what to expect in its online grind. 😕
I'll wait 'til I learn & see exactly what Take-two have cheapened out on (or not)!

Its just common sense to assume whatever songs were left in the trilogy on the delisted versions a few weeks back on the ps store,thats what will be on this.Just hope they didnt delete more. Also,whatever songs they had playing in cut scenes,will most likely remain.I mean ,can you imagine that cut scene in the beginning, without the broken wings song? Or without hall and oates out of touch, on the cruise ship cut scene?

If the music isn’t exactly the same as it was in the originals I’m not buying. The music made those games. I hope they’ve put the effort in to secure them. I mean, what the hell else have R* been doing for the last 5 years (except kicking back and counting mounds of cash)? Preparing myself for a huge disappointment honestly.

Here on PS5 it appears to only let me download GTA3? Anyone else have separate files for Vice City and San Andreas?

@get2sammyb @MaccaMUFC @AFCC @Loftimus Just noticed that my preload says it will be available at 4am on the 11th my time, which will be 12am on the 11th UK time. (I’m still using my UK account).

So hopefully that means it’s your standard midnight release.

@JRV81 yeah, it’s 3 separate downloads. Just go to your collection page on the PS5 and select the other two to download.
