A frightening number of indie games have been discounted on the PS Store, with deals spanning over 1,200 titles and running until 18th June. Just to reiterate, that number’s not a typo: over 1,200 different games have seen their prices zapped for the next two weeks. The promotion includes some high profile releases, too, like Disco Elysium (£23.09/$27.99) and The Pathless (£20.99/$27.99). Dead Cells is also a snip at £11.99/$14.99.
If all of the recent PSVR announcements have got you hyped, then we’d recommend The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners at £21.44/$29.99 – it’s one of the better virtual reality experiences on Sony’s headset. But if you’re specifically looking for PS5 games then there’s not a huge amount of choice other than the two highlights mentioned above, but Observer: System Redux (£16.24/$19.49) and Manifold Garden (£10.49/$13.99) may be worth a shout.
You can browse the enormous list of discounts through here, but do check back and let us know what you’re buying in the comments section below.

Will have a look later, tempted to get disco Elysium heard great things. Having finished returnal, just need to get the plat but in no rush. Got resi but not really in the mood at the moment, maybe some indie fun or maybe replay something else.
Creaks at £7.99 (£7.19 with PS+) and Crosscode at £8.79 are the discounts I've been waiting for.
@Crispy747 Awesome!
@Daleaf , Disco Elysium is a true masterpiece and at that price you cannot go wrong. All the bugs appear to be fixed now so a great time to play. One of my GOTY’s for sure.
Might get them all.
I think I'll take shantae and the 7 sirens since wayforward games rarely discounted 😃
Man ps5 needs folder quickly, I can't imagine it's already more than 6 month and we still don't have folder. I want to put my games separately with folder like on ps4.
1200?!? 😳 That will make my eyes bleed! At least the PS4 store is fairly easy and quick to navigate unlike the PS3 and Switch storefronts!
@Crispy747 I have Crosscode on Switch. Amazing game
The sale’s not up for me yet, but definitely contemplating getting The Pathless, even with all the games already coming in June
Aughh!! I told myself no more purchases until R&C!
I'm heavily considering It Takes Two (25% off) to play with my wife, but having skipped entire previous generation my backlog is so massive I barely have time to play and finish all the free games on PS+ Collection and games like GoT, RDD2, TLOU2 are super tempting as well
Hellblade with 70% looks tempting as well!
Recently played hades and fell in love with it.. my question is, is dead cells gonna scratch that itch, until it gets ported?
@Ward_ting I've been curious about this one... sounds super interesting
Lair of the Clockwork God for £4.49 is calling to me
@Ward_ting Sweet cheers mate, since I'm "working from home" might put the playstation on and grab it now. Yea loads of people are saying how good it is, although I did say with ps5 was going to try not to get a backlog but sometimes your just not in mood for certain games which is where I am with resi atm haven't really played much of it, think because it's summer time and light for longer, prefer horror games when it's dark and horrible outside, well that's my excuse I'll tell myself haha
Been looking for Sakura Succubus for cheaper.
Savage Halloween at 39p, 39p! is a bloody steal for a fun, challenging retro platformer, only came out in the last couple month too
@mateq Exact same situation here. My drives are loaded with PS4 games. Don't know if I'll ever be able to catch up. Good problem to have, though!
Tempted to try Disco Elysium but I can't decide, it's not my type of game really despite the high level of praise it got. The Pathless is a beautiful game and I would definitely recommend that.
@Just_2_milky Sony: "We don't care about your puny concerns like budgeting, family commitments and putting food in your belly. GIVE US MONEY NOW!"
@wiiware Yeah, first sale ever for Seven Sirens whilst Shantae Pirates Curse,& H.G.H. Ultimate Edition haven't had discounts since 2018!😱
Mighty Switch Force Collection also getting first discount & think maybe only second EU store sale on River City Girls! As you said, very rare for Wayforward games getting any sort of sale!
This after picking up a few games in the Retro & Remasters sale like Cursed Castilla,Super Hydorah,Turrican Flashback & Shenmue! Don't want to be splashing out so soon, but who knows when they'll get another rare sale!
Monster Boy & Wonder Boy Dragon's Trap are must buys for any that haven't gotten them yet, Ghost of a Tale has such a lovely art style to it!👍
By the time I ran games only store filter on it it whittled list down to 990 odd,but still a big sale!
Sweet, been waiting for The Pathless to go on sale again as I missed it last time. Happy days!
Is there a US link?
@Rob_230 Finished this a few weeks ago. It is an excellent game with some clever gameplay twists and really funny writing.

@Crispy747 Awesome. Thanks! I'd heard it was meant to be funny and i've seen it get rave reviews on the switch, so great to have that confirmed!

Anyone thinking about Disco Elysium should get it. Fantastic game.
Observation is a neat game for a tenner as well. Clever idea having you play as the AI on a spaceship and a good Event Horizon style story.
Spelunky for £2.99! Looks like I'll finally be playing it.
I'm getting Hellblade among other things, been meaning to play it for a while.
@Gaia093 hellblade is a fantastic game mate, hopefully you enjoy. When playing it's best to play with headphones to get the best experience, I usually just play through TV but tried this with headphones and was blown away, now I pretty much play most games with headphones lol.
Do yourselves a favour and get Hunt Showdown
So tempted by Disco Elysium, but by the time I'm through my backlog I'm sure it'll be on sale again
I'm really tempted by Below and Kentucky Route Zero...
@Daleaf I play almost exclusively with headphones on these days, but it's still good to hear that it works well for Hellblade. Thanks!
@Gaia093 yea I'm pretty much the same now too, didn't think it would make a massive difference before trying it with hellblade, but was hooked after it, that's why I got the pulse headset for ps5 lol. Yea it works amazing for this game fair play. Hopefully you enjoy the game mate, I got disco Elysium on sale so will give that a go later
Going through it slowly, and just found Racket Fury for PSVR free for Plus owners(!!?)
This is too much?! Someone give me a top 5 not including Dead Cells cuz that's already on my wishlist.
@Daleaf same here. The difference is simply massive.
I must admit that SONY do some AMAZING sales on their Store Nice 1 SONY
@mateq amazing game and well worth the price. My wife and I were never bored of it and it was action packed throughout. Highly highly recommend. It is my GOTY!!!
@thefourfoldroot
Yeah I came here to say this..
Lots of good stuff (but generally I only look at VR stuff as I pick up most titles retail)
PSVR people I recommend
Audica with 2019 DLC
Pistol Whip
Both titles I picked up full price and have enjoyed and still play (audica more)
Im interested Untill you fall and Room VR bith at their lowest ever prices but Im.I cheapskate.....waiting for it to drop to the sweet spot between £3.99- £5.99
Several I've been holding out on. The Pathless, Disco Elsyium and Manifold Garden. All for around £50, done!
DON'T SKIP
(two of the best games i've ever played)
@ralphdibny Switch store is so much faster than PS4, plus it has wishlists. You cray! The PS Store app is pretty quick though.
If disco elysium has been fixed, to run properly on the ps4, I will grab it.
@Spiders haha not for me it ain't, at least not the way I do it. I go to the deals page and spend like half hour scrolling through 1100+ games waiting for the next lines of games to load. I'm sure it's faster if you go to the website n that but yeah, I prefer the PS4 and Xbox one stores to Switch/PS3
@Robocod Got river city girls on previous psn discount, I really enjoyed the game, I think it's one of the best 2D brawlers out there along with the punisher arcade
Got the following so far, because we all need little games as pallet cleansers:
Racket Fury (PSVR) - £FREE
Vasara Collection - £0.89
Tinker Racers - £0.39
Flatland: Prologue - £0.16
Savage Halloween- £0.39
Timber man Vs - £0.84
Elea - £0.99
Whipseey and the Lost Atlas - £0.99
Total: £4.97
Just added a load onto my wishlist on my PS5. Games like Darkest Dungeon were on my previous wish list almost the whole ps4 gen before Sony nixed it.
Getting Pathless, Disco Elisium and Haven. Was going to wait for Ratchet and Clank but these are some good deals!
@ralphdibny Can’t knock your preference, but the Switch eShop is objectively a faster loading storefront than the PSN store - I’m literally doing both right now haha. The loading gap is closer on than it used to be since Switch added the hover over previews, but game pages are still way faster on Switch.
We both agree PS3 store can kick rocks.
@Spiders yeah that's fair enough, it's probably just the difference in how we use it. I literally only go to the deals page on both storefronts and 1300 items on the Switch deals page will more often than not, crash on me. But yeah, that's still less often than the PS3 store crashing on me... which it does, every time! 😂
Going to grab one of the Shantae games to tide me over until R&C. Sadly it doesn't look like Disco Elysium got a discount in Australia, perhaps due to the game only very recently being released (Which is fair enough)
Kentucky Route Zero is getting added to the pile too, heard great things.
@thefourfoldroot insane!
I told myself no more. I have too many games to play. Though, I scrolled the list, anyway. Mostly making excuses as to why x game does not look good when really, I know that there are tons of great games on this sale. However... I was trying to remember this one game about a raccoon thing that had a mount and it came up on the list, SuperEpic!. Naturally, if I remember wanting it before it came out and here it was, it was meant to be. Also, I got TableTop Racers for 0.79p (too cheap for a 3d micro machines/hot wheels type game) and Until You Fall because it's psvr and looks bomb. Now, I will look at my 150+ untouched ps4 (not mentioning other platforms) games and wonder if half of them will see completion lol
@Jayofmaya Same, I told myself no more too. My backlog is getting stupid but I just picked up Hotshot Racing & Nex Machina.
@djdizzy both brilliant games, and great value
@mateq
I highly recommended It Takes Two. Played it through with the wife in two days. She’s not a big gamer but we played this for hours every day as it’s just so enjoyable. You won’t be disappointed.
Was going to grab Racket Fury since it was mentioned as being free but sadly it’s $19.99 in the US.
Im good now I have so many games to play. Its like those Steam/GOG sales i wonder how many games will never be played.
