The weird but beautiful adventure Manifold Garden finally arrived on PlayStation 4 last year, bringing with it some seriously zen puzzle-solving. The game's wonderful visual style looks great on the older platform, but we bet it'd really pop on PS5. Fortunately, we'll be able to see that for ourselves very soon, as a PS5 version is coming on 20th May.

This new-gen port will run at native 4K at 60 frames-per-second and "loads very fast", says designer William Chyr on PlayStation Blog. He adds that you can resume the game from an Activity Card, and be back playing within five seconds. The DualSense controller's haptic feedback is "taken full advantage of", and the game will even support the Game Help function, allowing PS Plus members quick access to puzzle solutions if needed. The best bit is that, if you own a copy of the PS4 version, you can upgrade to the PS5 one for free.

What's more, a physical release is also on the way from iam8bit. Pictured above, this special edition of the game comes in a lovely retail box and includes a neat pop-up card. A vinyl release of the soundtrack comes packed inside a special sleeve that also reveals a pop-up diorama when opened. Pretty cool.
