Just like the PlayStation 4’s controller, the DualSense has an LED light behind its touchpad which can change colour depending on the context. Primarily this will be used to distinguish between different players, but we did see with the DualShock 4 how it can complement gameplay, by representing health for example.

What we haven’t seen is the PlayStation 5’s pad illuminating in any colour other than blue – well, until now. 4Gamer.net managed to get some photographs of Sony’s saucy new controller in a variety of different hues, and we’re sure you’ll agree that this feature is much more attractive now it’s subtler than it was on the PS4.
