Tawna, Crash Bandicoot's old girlfriend, is back in Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time — and she's actually playable. The newly designed Tawna has been revealed through brand new gameplay fresh from PlayStation Underground. You can give it a watch above.
Tawna comes equipped with one heck of a mean kick, and she's got a kind of grappling hook that she can use to whack enemies from a distance. This announcement means that Crash 4 now has five playable characters: Crash himself, Coco, Dr. Neo Cortex, Dingodile, and Tawna.

Maybe someone can answer this: have Toys For Bob officially confirmed what framerate this game will play at? I've seen for months gameplay running at 60 fps, but this new gameplay is at 30 fps. I haven't seen a concrete answer for this from my research.

Anyway, this looks pretty cool. It might be the first Crash game I buy. My only experience is a demo disc from way back when.

Her running movement looks really "floaty" for lack of a better term, but this looks sooo good.

lol. Always kind of killed me that the male "bandicoot" is like a goofy hot mess, but the female was created as awesome hotbod complete with big breasts, makeup and sexy expressions. I guess they've got to be diverse and have a sassy, sexy, strong female lead eh?
The animation with Tawna looks so out of place too. That pause in mid air, to a circle spin, to a land looks like something I'd create in Dreams and then go "yeah.. that looks awkward."
I hate to admit this but I actually prefer her new look, got me excited.
