You can always count on Devolver Digital to publish zany, stylish, and macabre indie games, and for that, we love it. The latest announcement from the company is Disc Room, a strange game about dodging saw blades in a series of deathtrap rooms aboard an alien structure. It comes from a selection of respected indie developers whose collective work includes Minit, Enter the Gungeon, Gang Beasts, and plenty more.

There's not a huge taste of gameplay in the above teaser, although it looks like a pretty intense experience about avoiding deadly blades through multiple rooms. We're not sure what the structure will look like, but by the sound of it, each death grants you new abilities. "Absorb extraordinary abilities from the very discs that dice you into pieces," reads the press release. "Invincibly dash, bend time, even clone yourself as you become one with the disc."

It's certainly an interesting idea, and we're down to give it a shot. Disc Room will release this year on "PC and consoles", which probably includes PlayStation 4. What do you think? Slice and dice in the comments below.
