Gran Turismo Sport is getting repackaged and re-released as a double-disc Spec 2 bumper edition, and it has a brand new intro movie to boot. The epic five minute clip starts out by showcasing scenes from recent e-sports events involving the racer, before seguing into some beautiful panning of shots of virtual cars motoring through idyllic scenery. Hype inducing.

Nice Puma commercial. Oh wait, it was about the game?
@stuzster not enough to warrant a purchase. You can do a single arcade race with the choice of 3 difficulties. You get between 2-5 laps (set by the track) and you can only race against 1 other car. It looks cool but its proper bare bones.
And yet I still prefer Gt2 & GT3. Sport just pales in comparison. For me, the tracks aren't there and more importantly the car customisation was a big draw for me. I loved fiddling around with a cars set up to get it entered in a race simply by adding/removing tuning bits. I'm sad they dropped this part, especially since it's labelled a "simulator".
To be fair I loved GT2,3 and 4. Didnt play alot of 5. Sport is really good and there is plenty to do in single player to make it worth a purchase. I use a logitech wheel and it's amazing.
Warning: this is all an opinion. GT2 was the best. I loved all the used cars and the RPG like elements. It was entirely possible to buy the same car you owned irl and supe it up. Then once you did everything you could, you could Racing Modify it to change the look. They had the formula to success and ruined it in my opinion with the sportsy focus. They should have expanded on what they already had, and expanded the number of cars you could add racing modifications (physical look changes) to.
I love the Dragon Trail circuit in this. One of my faves.
