PlayStation VR's release schedule seems to have somewhat dried up as of late, but maybe that's because every other developer is getting out of the way of a forthcoming invasion courtesy of the Cybermen and the Daleks. Doctor Who: The Edge of Time has confirmed that the TARDIS will come to PSVR's rescue next month on 12th November.
Gameplay has been a bit scarce for this one, with one slice of action from a few months back failing to impress us in the slightest. Things have improved since then, but we're yet to be convinced that this will be a quality virtual reality experience. We're interested at the very least, however.
What would you do with a sonic screwdriver? Try it out in PSVR in the comments below.

Obviously I want this to be good! We need a great Doctor Who game! Is it getting a physical release?
Saw Ian from EG do a video preview play of it.
Looks pretty meh.
Doctor Who needs proper expansive RPG treatment to work as a game. CDPR would be able to make something good out of it.
Was there ever a Doctor Who game even a bit good?
@Bartig
The Doctor Who Lego Dimensions stuff was great (in the simplistic context of Lego games), tons of pretty cool fan service.
Other than that, I'm pretty confident in saying no.
@Bartig
Amusing...

I'm sure this will be at least as good as "Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure", which released last Friday but you guys haven't posted an article about it since August. The 1 and only article.
Not that you're missing much, but still, at least it probably runs on PS4.

I have no faith in this. They should have just made the game based on "Souffle girl" so we could finally find out where she got the eggs.
Haven't watched it since they had Matt Smith running around telling people it's ok to cry. Is it still terrible?
@Johnnycide it's worse. I stuck with it when it got overly PC, but this last series was pandering at its worst. Watched half th3 season and stopped. Been watching since 2005 as well.
@Johnnycide It's had it's moments. Capaldi and Michelle Gomez were great on screen together, though Capaldi really suffered from some really boring stories and an uneven direction for his Doctor.
Surprisingly, Jodie Whittaker's first series actually wasn't terrible - and they actually managed to go a whole series without any of the companions being annoying or, more importantly - cosmically significant!
@oldschool1987 ouch. So that's a hard no then. See I don't mind being PC and inclusive, it's a good thing. It's just when it's done so hamfistedly you can almost see the writers room where they all try and get their little virtue signals in to the detriment of the plot. It's at best distracting and at worst patronising.
@Johnnycide You're going to love the episode where a man gives birth.
Yeah, Lego Dimensions' Doctor Who was about the last great thing Doctor Who brought forth.
@Johnnycide I don't mind it either, I love Star Trek, especially Next Generation and DS9, which told these stories through the lens of science fiction. It didn't pander. The last series of DW was full on pandering, even going to Rosa Parks to hit you over the head with how bad racism is, like we didn't already know. I want a good sci-fi adventure, not a history lesson.
