Away: The Survival Series is one of the original games debuted during Sony's latest State of Play presentation. It's a curious game that puts you in control of a sugar glider trying to navigate through a world full of dangers.
These dangers include the rest of the animal kingdom and the world around you, which is suffering from natural disasters. It's inspired by nature documentaries, and will feature similar narration to convey its story. No release date has been given, but this is looking pretty interesting. We'll definitely be keeping an eye out. If you're interested, there's a little more info to be found on PlayStation Blog.

The eyes of a squirrel watchin
not gonna lie, this actually looks kind of fun and intense at the same time lol.
i'm definitely interested but we shall see.
We be one blood, thou and I.
I like the idea that they have going here, but I'll wait.
Like a cautiously optimistic wait.
@AdamNovice I thought that too. I also thought the Predator game was a new Uncharted lol
Not a fan of suger gliders, had a friend who had 2 of em, they were mean and pooped on u everytime u held them. Also very delicate, easy to hurt them if not careful, not my idea of a fun pet...
They should get Sir David to narrate this..
This looks so cool. I am definitely interested.
@AdamNovice I totally though it WAS WILD when the trailer started! I was mid air-punch when I realised.
I was only temporarily disappointed, mind you. If they get David Attenborough to narrate then I'll pre-ordered right now!
@nookie_egg you beat me to it!
@ellsworth004 Your comment sent me to Google. I thought a sugar glider was something made up for this game!!! Only kind of animal I’ve known like this is, is the flying squirrel!!! 😂
Interesting!
@AdamNovice 🙋🏽♂️ Still this looks far more interesting than the ubisoft ape game so I'll keep and eye on this one.
