Making any game is a massively complicated undertaking, but have you ever wondered what goes into a game like Detroit: Become Human? Quantic Dream's branching narratives have huge scripts, but what about on the technical side? The studio's main man, David Cage, has given us a brief glimpse into how its myriad possible outcomes mesh together behind the scenes.

It's a ludicrously complicated flowchart, which can only be expected -- Detroit: Become Human has a huge number of potential scenarios and endings. Still, it's really interesting to see at least some of the process. Remember, this is just one scene in the game. Clearly an insane amount of work went into Detroit, as with any project, and fortunately, the end result was worth it.

Interestingly the PSN store dropped the price on the Digital Deluxe Version of Detroit: Become Human down to £29.99 for this week only (includes Heavy Rain and a few digital extras), offer ends 5th September.
I'm tempted, but would have to do a lot of shuffling to squeeze in its hefty 75GB download size.
My purchasing decision basically looks a bit like the diagrams above
This is mind boggling.
I really do think that most reviewers didn't quite appreciate what Detroit achieved. This is truly revolutionary for a video game.
It's like spiders web.
Still my goty
@FantasyMeister Before I downloaded it, I was expecting 75GB or so, but the PS4 game home screen tells me that the game takes up 43.5GB. Maybe that amount is meant to include Heavy Rain?
Remember that you can also hook up a USB3 external Hard Drive. Just a shame that these new consoles don't come with 2TB drives minimum.
Anyway, great game and an interesting look behind the curtain.
