Shadow of the Tomb Raider will not be bound by a ridiculous period of exclusivity like its predecessor, with the new entry launching day-and-date on the PlayStation 4 from 14th September. Of course, all of this already leaked, but you can see the high-quality teaser trailer embedded below, courtesy of the official PlayStation Twitter account. This is all very different to last time, eh?

The video doesn’t exactly show a lot: we see Lara sprinting through a South American jungle, before stumbling upon some Mayan temples. This is slated to be the last part of Ms Croft’s origin story, with Eidos Montreal taking on development duties. Expect more details to be revealed in the run-up to E3 2018, on 27th April.
