A collection that contains both Zero Escape: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors - previously unavailable on PlayStation platforms - and Vita title Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is launching on PlayStation 4 next month, publisher Aksys Games has revealed. The package should certainly make a nice companion to Zero Time Dilemma, which released last year - although we still wonder why the third game isn't included here.
Anyway, The Nonary Games hits Sony's current-gen console digitally on the 24th March in North America and Europe, adding to what's already looking like a good month for the system, and the physical edition will be getting a release date soon. Meanwhile, the Vita version will apparently launch at a later point in 2017 - but there's no word on why it's being delayed.

Any word on whether 999 can be bought separately Rob?
Agreed, seems very strange not to include the whole trilogy in this set
@Rob_230 Nah, only part of this collection as far as I know. I guess there's a chance it'll be available separately on the store, but I haven't heard anything.
@Rob_230 Would like to know too, I've already got VLR but would like to pick up 999 someday on its own
ZTD wasn't released on PS4 was it? I can understand the collection only including the first two games on Vita and Steam, but it seems like a missed opportunity for a complete package here. I suppose we'll probably have to get it separately later on.
Hoping they release 999 separately on the Vita. Either way, can't wait to see how they handle a certain crucial moment in the game with only one screen!
This really is a must-buy for anyone who hasn't played the series. Two of the best puzzle game/VN hybrids ever made.
I hadn't heard anything about the vita one being delayed. Where did you hear it has a different release date?
I love 999 and VLR, and 999 is one of my all-time favourite games. If you've not played these and you like Visual Novels or games of life and death, then it's certainly worth getting.
Excellent games. Well worth a play. Weird the third game isn't in the set.
