There ain't no budging Ratchet & Clank from the summit of the UK sales charts, as it's scored a second successive week at the top following its first ever number one last time. The game's sales only dipped by 50 per cent compared to its launch week, which is really rather impressive – games tend to drop off in sales quickly following their release. Can it hold off Battleborn and keep the throne warm for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End?
Call of Duty: Black Ops III soared up the top ten this time following the deployment of the Eclipse DLC, finishing in second position. Meanwhile, Dark Souls III dropped down into third, while Tom Clancy's The Division and EA Sports UFC 2 padded out the top five. Elsewhere, evergreen favourites like LEGO Marvel's Avengers, FIFA 16, and Grand Theft Auto V enjoyed bumps back up the best sellers list following the Bank Holiday.
Until Dawn also enjoyed a re-entry into the Top 40, straight back in at 29th – presumably due to retailer promotions of some kind. What have you been buying lately? Are you happy to see Ratchet & Clank retain the top spot? Double jump into the comments section below.

Awesome. I'm really wanting another Ratchet & Clank so I hope it keeps selling...
Fantastic news. I really hope North America comes through for this game as well. I'm not expecting top seller but hopefully it does admirably and can push this game closer to the point where a new R&C can be considered by Sony and Insomniac.
This is wonderful news, I was rooting so much for them to do well and they are.
Considering the pathetic marketing it's done well. The price obviously helps. Shame on Sony.
Pretty impressive for a colourful, family friendly game that is not LEGO.
I am very glad it's doing well I'll definitely be picking it up next week with Uncharted 4, I love Ratchet & Clank & it looks amazing.
Hopefully this gets Sony's attention as far as marketing is concerned. You can push a game besides Man Raider.
I still plan to get DiRT Rally, but I'm going to pick that up on the Xbox One (that controller is more comfortable for me on driving games).
Brilliant as R&C is(I am their number 1 Fan) It's the 'Price' of the game to that has made it be at number 1 for 2 weeks. I never ordered a game day 1 but did when I saw how cheap R&C was. Maybe Game companies can see that now? And price their games lower(EA and the rest never would tho) :-/
Well deserved and it's a great game, hopefully this will encourage some sequels
May very well pick R&C up some time soon, look's good.
Here's hoping a sequel will be announced at E3, such a great game.
I think Sony decided that with it being priced some 20 dollars cheaper than other new games and a movie it didn't need as much advertising. If it is at the top spot for two weeks, seems they were right. How much better does anyone really think it could have done?
