Dark Souls III - Score Pending
Dark Souls III is another triumph of the imagination for FromSoftware, a studio which surely now must rank as one of Japan's leading talents. The company's Souls series has a near-flawless track record and after the cult nature of Demon's Souls has thankfully found a large and receptive mainstream audience – not bad for a franchise which delights in being obtuse and hair-pulling tricky in equal measure. Dark Souls III is arguably the most accomplished entry yet, refining the core mechanics and cunningly utilizing next-generation hardware to excellent effect.
Resident Evil 6 - 3/10
You can't polish a turd, and Resident Evil 6 is proof. This remaster may look the part at points, but its limp collection of lacklustre campaigns will leave you feeling dead inside. A low price point means that co-op enthusiasts may get some mileage out of the Mercenaries mode, but make no mistake, this is still a quivering corpse of a game. Avoid like the C-Virus plague.

Hands On: Uncharted 4 Is Bigger and Better Than Ever Before on PS4
Madagascar may be best known for its goofball cast of personified zoo animals, but some even bigger idiots are on their way to the enormous African island. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End will find protagonist Nathan Drake and his familial allies Victor 'Goddamn' Sullivan and Sam Drake exploring the outback in search of missing pirate Henry Avery's historical score – and we recently got to ride shotgun with the trio as we road tripped our way through 30 minutes or so of Naughty Dog's hotly anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusive.
Opinion: Three Basic Firmware Features That Would Make PS4 Way Better
PlayStation 4 firmware update v3.50 launched this week and it's pretty good. Among the oft-requested features, the all-new system software includes the ability to appear offline and enable online friend notifications – as well use Remote Play on a PC and Mac. It's a decent upgrade with tons of more subtle features like a much needed redesign to the way that messages display – but given how long we've been waiting for the refresh, it's hard not to feel a little disappointed at the lack of real headline additions. Consequently, we've compiled three big features that we reckon would make the PS4 better overnight.

The top story for me is Sony modding a controller for someone with Cerebral Palsy. Then i thought about how many other people could play games or better enjoy gaming if they had a controller modded for them. Then i thought how everytime i pick up a controller i should be thankful i have two full functional hands.
That frickin update has rendered my movies hard drive unusable in the crappy PS4 media player. It could only play roughly 60% of my files previously ... Now I get the DREADED "this USB device cannot be used" crap! Really wish Sony had just commissioned "Showtime" to make an official build for PS4. Showtime on my PS3 can handle any file you can throw at it and the customisation options are second to none.
@NoCode23 Agreed. There are amazing companies out there doing amazing work to open gaming up for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, they maybe don't get the exposure that they deserve. It's down to people like me to make sure their stories better get told.
