Rumour: Grand Theft Auto V Caught On PS4

Hope this is true, this is one of the reasons why i'm not ready to pick up the PS3 version just yet. Have other games to play especially with Wind Waker HD releasing friday of next week (digitally). And GTA5 is too much for me right now.

I'd sure pay a fee to upgrade

Yeah i hope they have that PS3 to PS4 upgrade like Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn for everyone that plans on double dipping.

Yeah, this whole subject is kinda pissing me off. I can't/won't wait for a PS4 version, but at the same time, I don't like the idea that a superior version might be so close by. All other cross gen titles, I'm buying next gen. I kinda feel like my wallet is getting double dipped, if this is true.

I can wait for a Ps4 version. One of the reason Ive barely any interest in its launch next week. Would rather play on PC or Ps4 n it looks like thats gonna happen sooner or later

If this is true, it should raise some questions regarding Rockstar's business tactics. I'm all for secrecy, but at this stage in the current generation, holding back on information like this in order to inspire boosted sales by people buying it twice, is not acceptable.

Either confirm it or say it isn't happening, but either way they have a duty to keep their paying customers informed, so those that are buying next gen platforms can make a decision on whether to wait, or dive in now.

If people are willing to buy it twice, good for them, but I for one am not. Don't hold out on me, Rockstar!

Unless you like pay to play online on the PS4, I'll just stick with the PS3 version.

Just went to the German amazon page for GTAV ps4, they definitely took this down. Ha!

@MorriganIsHot Considering that GTA5 ONLINE is the most epic thing ever happening to this or many other franchises you'd miss out BIG time if you only play it single player!

And yeah it's a dilemma, it's the same trouble for me like with Diablo 3...

I'm intentionally skipping GTA V for this gen in the hopes it will come to next gen consoles once it is released for PC.

Still getting the PS3 version day one. Got to play something until Beyond is released.

I'm in the same boat as some of you above. I've got far too much to catch up on before the PS4 comes out. I'd be happy to wait for a PS4 version in about a year. Ginkgo - sounds like you need PlayStation Plus.

Awesome, if true i'll buy both, i couldn't wait for the PS4 version, i'm having a hard enough time waiting till tuesday! And to Morriganis hot, PS+ is amazing, worth every penny, actually very generous of Sony, so many free games!

i've been saying it all along.
they will eventually release on PC, and when they do, we can also expect a PS4/X1 version. Personally, I don't think my original X360 with it's 20gb HDD and the threat of RRoD can handle GTAV. I'm worried about over heating and sluggish performance. I'm holding out for GTAV on PS4 which i have preordered.

I can't wait beyond Sept. 17 to play GTA V but I do hope a PS4 version happens. I'd buy it again.

Guys the game will happen on next gen consoles and PC. They are just waiting for the correct time to release them, No surprise here. Still a PS3 purchase for me as well.

I got Diablo3 now, Diablo3 for the PS4 is not out until sometime in 2014.

I'll be getting GTAV next week, even if does come out on the PS4 it'll be sometime yet. Sonys doing a upgrade program but thay haven't given any details yet, on what games & how much extra.
