Topping charts already

Remember when Microsoft said that no one would even know about the PlayStation 4’s announcement? Well, the debut trailer for Sony’s latest system has topped YouTube’s most viewed advertisements leaderboard in February – beating out a slew of Super Bowl commercials in the process.

The spot – produced by the platform holder’s recently ditched marketing consultant Deutsch – is essentially just a montage of footage from last month's PlayStation Meeting. However, it still managed to garner a whopping 26 million views in February. Even more impressively, it only had eight days to do so.
